C.O.R.E.S. Solutions was built by a true practitioner; someone with decades on the shop floor, not behind a desk. With 40 years of combined Toyota experience leading projects, piloting systems, and training teams across North America, we know what works in real operations and what falls apart under pressure.
We bring that hands-on expertise directly to your workplace, applying Lean and TPS principles where they matter most: in real environments with real teams solving real problems. From metal fabrication and machining to food and beverage, we’ve helped organizations cut waste, streamline processes, and build workplaces that satisfy both customers and employees.
