With 40 years of combined Toyota experience leading projects, piloting systems, and training teams across North America, we know what works in real operations and what falls apart under pressure.

We bring that hands-on expertise directly to your workplace, applying Lean and TPS principles where they matter most: in real environments with real teams solving real problems.
